SELMADANSE Joanie Block and Dancers is a Modern Dance performance company giving expression to a lifelong love of dance.

SELMADANSE is also a school inspired by Joanie’s vision to teach in a professional, but generous and communal atmosphere filled with music that is rich, varied, and beautiful.

SELMADANSE seeks to inspire the creative and intellectual spirit through the experience of movement, music and film. Our work is powered by the belief that one small shift of perception stimulates a ripple of insights than can change our lives and effect our view of the world.
