Classes reflect a blend of Graham, Cunningham and Limon styles with a focus on phrasing, musicality, breathing and alignment.  A thorough, continuous warm up (a dance in itself), center and across the floor combinations are accompanied by a wide range of beautiful music from around the world and through the ages.  A warm and supportive atmosphere creates a wonderful space for experienced dancers, beginner dancers, as well as those returning to dance.
